PF settlement

Hai

I was working with Kotak Life Insurance - Thrissur branch. At first I as with them in out sourcing (team lease) and latter worked for them on on rolls (Direct Kotak)

I have already requested to our HR to transfer my old PF a/c (with team lease) to my on rolls PF a/c, which was done as per their information. They had also informed me the amount to be around Rs 6200/-(approx). but they now informs me that they ;have already settled my dues. Till now I haven't got any cheque as per the given details. I have resigned the job w.e.f. 28-2.

It is more than a year. Please tell me how can I get my PF amount.
