They have horrible service. I (D.P.Tripathy) have one insurance policy with them. First they send idiots to get the form filled. Wrong information twice. Wrong policies twice. They put up the policy numbers never applied for on their website in my account.

In spite of regular reminders for 4 months they have not changed my address. I get cyber-receipts with old address. The profile in my accounts shows only the security question, I just do not know what they have.

Never KOTAK again in life, like never MTNL.
