ECS debit

Hi,

i took kotak life insurance last year for tax benefit.

In which i need to pay 15000/year for minimum of 3yrs.(which i dint knew about it).

they would have called me and can debited this amount after my confirmation for continuation for three years.

without my notice they have dropped a cheque to debit 15000 from my account.

because of in sufficient founds, the cheque got bounced back.and i was charged the below mentioned amount.

16 Mar ECS DR Return charges dtd-280211 010311 000000000000 16 Mar 200.00

26 Feb ECS DR Return charges dtd-310111 010211 000000000000 26 Feb 109.86

as a total of (400/-).

i want that amount to be reimbursed

please do needful accordingly.
