Termination of policy without payment

As I have purchased life insurance policy from kotak mahindra old mutual life insurance ltd

policy no.00984858 in my wife's name and paid Rs, 15000/-.They have not intimated and provided for payment

of istallments any assistance. So i could not pay the money. And suddenly they terminated policy without any payments.

Therefore i request you the justice and payment of my balance money please
