Delay payment of surrendered policy no. 01250361

I have taken home loan in 2008 and for that taken insurance cover from Kotak Life Insurance.

I was paying Rs. 2500/- quarterly, my loan was already cleared in second year and after three years maturity of this i have surrendered it because i have given them so many time ECS form and details but still they did not activated that facility and so that i always have to visit the office and give them cheque for last Three years, at last i taken decision to surrender the policy they told me that it will take only four days to credit the amount in my account after doing little formality and i have cleared all the formality in the month of November now Two and half month is over but no response was given by Mr. Anup Dutta Sales Manager Alternate Channel. I want to tell all the people that the service of the Kotal Life Insurance is such a poor that if u will take insurance policy from them u have to be ready to follow them up for 100 times.
