Complaint against Kotak Life Insurance

Hi

I Gajendra Bhoir had invested in Kotak Life Insurance (Client ID 53862584) Policy No 02030913

At the time of investing, I was told that I can get my investment withdrawn after 3 years of my installment payment

But now it is being told to me that the policy is for 20 years and If I wish to withdraw the amount after 3 years my investments of 1st year (i.e 30000) will be lost

I would now not like to continue with this insurance policy as there is total difference in what was committed to me at the time of selling the policy and what is being said now by Kotak life insurance help desk

I would request you to please help me in getting my amount spend so far in this policy

Would request to please help in getting back dues
