Death of Policy Holde

My Husband L/sh Balak Ram took a policy on the name of my Daughter Neha on19.01.2009 Policy no.1460258, we were supposed to pay the premium for 3 years but due to sudden death of my husband on 09.02.2010 are unable to pay the same as he was the only earning member of our family, now we want the amount back, In this regard a letter alongwith Death Certificate of my husband was submitted at the company panchkula office on 08.03. but till date we have not received the money and they have not replied.

I once again hereby request them to pls return our amount at the earliest as we are in need of money.
