I was a customer with Kotak Life Insurance. I guess that was my worst mistake ever. when i signed up for an investment plan with this company i had a number which i was using. now the same numbe is being used by my mom for the past year or so. I have requested Kotak not to call on that number, but they dont understand. every couple of days they will call on the number especially when my mother is sleeping, tired after finishing all the household work.

every call centre agent who has called says that they will ensure that they dont call again but all of these are fake promises... even today we got a call from them . they dont seem to understand the meaning of privacy. i have registered to no for DND however that hasnt helped as well.
