Not issuing original property docu

I am Jaffer Ali from Virudhunagar, I have approched the subject bank 1 year back for house loan till now i didn't get any positive massage from the bank and 4 manths back i cancelled my application and till now i didn't get my orginal property documents whenever i am asking them they told it is coming from chennai. There was a stupit Mr. Ramamoorthy is working as a manager (Useless idot) last 4 months repeating the same answer. Please help me to get back my docu. as soon as possible.
