Requirement of statement of my account

As per my requirement i need the statement of my account no:06620110003830. I require this to present my IT return filing team. From the date of commencement of my account i have not received proper statement, so help me out for getting this ASAP. And henceforth please email the statement on my email address. Only thing i receive properly is balance of my account, balance is not required for IT filing, statement is required.
