Undue charges applied

I hold kotak mahindra bank credit card bearing no. 5434056100081132.

Two months back i was 4 to 5 days late in making payment of rs. for that i was made to pay around about rs. 650 as penality but now i have got a message that a penality of rs. 1000 is still due.i fail to understand for 5 days delay what is the rate of charging penality.this is a white colar dacoity. I hereby request to send me my account statement for the last six months so that account can be setteled and cancel my credit card.
