Kotak Mahindra Bank
To Unprofessional attitude of Kotak Representatives

Kotak bank has personal loan product called "Jaldi Loan" which they say is sanctioned in 72 hrs. I have a salary account with Kotak but still my loan was not disbursed even after 15-20 days and they complaint about various bank holidays and work load. For last two days the loan processing executive is promising me daily that I will get the loan amount transfered to my account by 8:00 evening and then in evening either he dont picks up the phone or just switches off the phone.

Truly unprofessional behaviour from such a big institute. I would really suggest everyone to stay away from Kotak
