I have Submitted all required document for withdrawal of PF to Kotak Mahindra Bank, MUmbai Office on 1st of september by Courier to Mr. Mil ind Dhanmeher, HR Operations, Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd., 2nd Floor, Kotak Towers, Building No. 21, Infinity Park, Off Western Express Highway, Goregaon Mulund Link Road, Malad (E), Mumbai – 400 097 . Bit same has not been submitted to PF office in Mumbai TIll date as per www.epfindia.com. I would request you to intervin in this matter at earliest. My PF no. is MH/35415/9704.
