Kotak Mahindra Bank - Home Loan
Excess EMI Charged

I had a taken from Kotak Mahindra Bank which was actually disbursed on 31st December. However, the bank has charged me interest from 3rd December based on their entry in the system for achieving their monthly loan targets for November - 2010.

I have written to them a couple of times regarding this anamoly, but they have refused to respond on the same. Also, they are also not willing to give me a copy of the loan agreement signed by me, stating that that will not be given till the complete disbursement happens, i.e. 2 years from now.

Please advise me on further course of action
