Bank Charges

Some guy came to me two years back requesting for an account opening. He stated this will be a free account I just need to deposit 10K into it and he will also open a free demat account. All done account opend, I have then withdrawn the money when required leaving back Rs.600. The bank started deducting money. I dont stay in my home town and for the past 1 year I am in UK, whenever I get a mail, I call up this guys and say that I dont use this account why are you guys charging? They say that this will be closed but they havent done and the balance went from Rs 600 to -Rs4000. What kind of theft is this?

Please provide justice. Please ask the bank to provide my entire statement and you can see what my worries are. Why should I pay for the service that I am not using?

They not only stole my 600Rs but also askinh for more money every month.
