Kotak Mahindra Car Loan
Not received full loan amount

I sunil gupta have received a loan amount of Rs. 106667/-only at dated: 31 Aug. but sanctioned amount is Rs. 121582/-. from the bank. I called multiple times continuously to the concerned authority manager Mr. Yudhvir (Ph. No. 9873704815)& Mr. Nitin Arora (Ph. No. 9582800909) Branch in Laxmi Nagar (Kotak Mahindra Bank) but he is not responding to me. I am continiously paying the monthly EMIs. Sir Please help me to recover my balance amount. I will be very thankful and obelize to you.
