Wrong order execute by kotak executive

Hello All,

Can some one help me as I have register two complains for Kotak securities poor services.

First complain is regisitered on 2nd Feb

second complian on 3rd March

Kotak Security provide waste service to there customer. I am doing follow up from last one month but no response.
