Loss because of KEATPROX

I used this stupid software to buy a company's 500 shares shares out of which 142 got executed but it did not get shown in as TRADED so I thought its not executed, but I got a SMS saying that 142 out of 500 shares got transacted so this is one problem, now next day when I tried to sell off this 142 shares, I just went to Risk Report option and sold off the shares which did not informed before that you need to sell off in same exchange as by default the NSE exchange is selected. Now after T 2 days, I got email stating that those 142 shares got short from NSE and now the auction will take place in 2-3 days and you will have to pay the whatever the difference to the exchange. I want to ask that what is the use of such software when this small thing is not taken care by this software. Anyways, I am going to close down my account with this so called No. 1 brokerage firm of our country. I feel like cheated, really didnt expect this from Kotak.
