Kotak securities is unable to fix problem

Misleading information was given to me by one of the advisors at kotak securities customer care. After that I called atleast 15 times to fix the problem but everytime they promise call back. They never keep there promises. They are incapable. The supervisors are useless. I talk to Jigna shan (sup) and Mehmood ali (sup) but they are useless. They are worst then advisors. They just tend to get rid of customers they never try to solve problem. I am fed with calling them again and again. One of the advisors accept that we listened to that call and there was error from our side. But today jigna shah (sup) told me that we listened to the call & there was not our error.

Could you plz let me know what i am supposed to do. My client id is 332X8.
