STATUS OF POLICY

I have taken a kotak life insurance policy in 2009 based on the agents promise. HE PROMISED that the amount invested here will be multiplied &will yeild high returns. But today i received a call from mumbai office. She told me that my taken policy is closed because of big lose in future so she forced me to take another policy of bharthi axa for refund of my previous policy. If i refuse to take that she told i have no refund of my investment.when i ask for written intimation she & her boss refuses to do that. So what can i do for save my investment now pls guide me. If i surrender policy what i will get.
