Unrude behoviour by the custome care executive

Today 10-08 I had got a call from these numbers 011-43796800 & 011-30694000. The caller was asking for some payment of 2100/- approx against a credit card of your Bank American Express card. The caller was told that since at presently I am not aware of the due payment, kindly send me some documentary evidence. To this caller used some rough language and was he was replied in the same tone. He used words like "Ek chori upor is seena jori". Is this the language you tell your executives to speak. I also threatened to lodge a FIR against him and asked his name and Cell No. He told his name as Parveen and denied for giving the Cell No.

Not stopping at this, he called many times on my cell, just to create disturbances in my mind and to. I am greatly annoyed by the behaviour of this executive and contemplating a legal action against your vendor and the bank. This amounts to infringement of my personal liberty so please provide me complete details of your employee so that proper action can be taken against him.

I am not using this card and unable to trace the due amount. Please check and let me know if any legitimate dues are there the same shall be paid but after getting the due compensation against the behaviour met by me. Also check the records and analyse whether the statement of my account gives you any impression of wrongful doing or not paying the dues intentionally.
