Worst behaviour of the Branch Manager of Bagdhar Branch, P.O. & P.S.-Jiaganj, Dist.-Murshidabad, West Bengal-742123. I just went to your above mention branch at 1.45 p.m. on this day to collect information about the current account, i.e., rules & regulations, facilities, etc. But I notice that the Branch Manager is very much interested in his lunch planning & gossip rather than attending or satisfying a customer or future customer. When I protest, it is sorry to say, he told me that He is doing a very important job rather than attending a customer. Then I feel very uncomfortable and leave the branch. Hope you do take stapes so that the customer or future customers get a friendly atmosphere. Thanking you.
