AMOUNT DEBITED WITHOUT CONFIRMATION OF TICKETS

Rs.820/- were debited from my account without confirmation of tickets from Ooty to Bangalore wide OB ref. no.2250298 on 09/06. Help line people are not competent to handle such complaints as they know distant passengers are easy pray of such frauds and are not given any acknowledgement of there complaint. In the absence of complaint No. tracking of status of complaints does no arise. Administration should take immediate remedy of complaint where public money is blocked in such a manner. Default cmplaint No. should be reverted to complainant while receiving such complaints on mail and there must be some tracking system to see the status instead of keeping agrieved persons in dark.
