Improper ticketting

I booked the ticket from coimbatore to banglore on 08/08 from KSRTC (karnataka state road transport corporation) Hope college office, the staff's phone number is 9344487360. The actual fare is 480 per ticket, but the staff at hope college demanded 70 rupees extra for the ticket.

Kindly look into this issue.
