Officials not responding

My HDFC LOAN ACCOUNT NO. 514448589. I am in touch with Mr. Rajeev & Mr. Dalvinder who r neither responding nor receiving my calls or replying my mails. The matter is, i need to do registry for my flat for which i had taken loan. mine is a transfer case from 3 BHK to 2 BHK. They r not providing me the NOC on 2 BHK saying they have not received Flat buyer agreement copy from the builder.

Secondly, i have asked (by mail at rajeevw@hdfc.com) them to increase my monthly installment in the month of July and discussed personally at there office but in vain.

if this is the way HDFC deals then i will have to stop paying installments and ask them to close my account.

looking for some early solution
