Cart vendors selling ice cream at higher rates

This letter comes from a Kwality walls die hard fan who is pained by the attitude of the ice cream vendors (carts) of the company in hyderabad. I shifted to hyderabad few months back and saw a trend unseen in whole of our country. Here the cart vendors scratch out the MRP from all the ice cream wrappers and charge Rs5-10 more than the actual cost. On arguing, these people ask what proof do you have that the cost they are asking is more than the actual one and mostly they simply ask you to go away and waste someone else's time. This attitude has really hurt me and even though i didnt buy any other brand for the past 10-15 years, i have started opting for others now. I encountered this problem near Hussain sagar, himayat sagar, on the way to the airport and near attapur too.

This is pure cheating as people dont have a choice but to shell out whatever money these people ask them as mostly people dont have an idea about the 'actual' cost of the ice creams.

Kwality walls should keep a check on its vendors and check randomly if they have scratched out or removed the price from the ice-creams wrappers.

Kindly pay heed to my request as i don't expect something like this from a reputed brand like kwality walls.
