More intrest charges

Sir, i took the creadit card in 2009.then i dont know the intrest charges.they are giving 30000 cash limit.i used that amount in short period of time.and i paid the amount every month that date to till now.but that amount is not cleaed till now.when i shout loudly then they are converting into EMI process.18 months later they are converting into emi process.then they told there is no intrest charges sir, late payment chages.then i told okay madam i pay every month i told.till now i paid the emi amount 1778/-.but they are shown intrest charges in my stament.in this vizag branch manager told plz contact with customer care they give the suggestion they told.i spoke to them.they told ur amount is reversal next statement.i saw three months, but therae is no reversal amount in my statement.till now i paid 120000 above.but not cleared.why ur issued this type of cards sir.sir i suggested plz dont play with people and dont issue this type of cards.so many peoples are faced this problem.
