Led tv not working

Our led tv we bought on 13th sept is not working since one week, we had given complaint by complaint number c 1093009868 on 30/09 and the service center agent is telling us daily since monday that it will be repaired today, and again we follow up on tuesday he says he will come on wednesday, againt we follow up on wednesday he says he will come on thursday but till today he has not come and repaired our tv, he says it will be repaired by friday but how can we have faith on him, so i request you to repair my tv today itself or replace my tv with new tv urgently.
