C book not issued

Dear sir

I had loan account in h.d.f.c bank for 2 wheeler .and my loan has been completed 3 months back .i recevied NOC in the month of july .when i requested for the r.c book in the month of july .i didnt receive uptill nw thrice i called up customer care .they tell they will contact within evening but never respond .i dont no why they r fooling the coustmer .now the noc ceftificate valadity is over .i dont what to .so worst service these banks r.
