Sir I Laxmi Narayan Sharma having the policy No 100372266 . I paid the premiunm online on 25/08 by SBI net banking and cyber receipt was given but not updated. Now the status showing on LIC web site is " POLICY IS NOT IN FORCE". I lodged a complaint with LIC on 21/01 with ref No 226216 but still no action was taken by LIC and my policy is not updated. Sir Now please update my policy so that I can be able to pay my premium on line and my benefits can be unchanged. the cyber receipt is as below:-
