Cancellation of policy

I have taken a policy no-313835249 on 03/10, and the policy given by agent (75-20) is not the same as explained by agent, for cancallation of the same policy I have already given a written application but no action taken palce, since then my brother is going to branch manager but no result.one more thing I want to share that the date of birth is also wrongly mentioned on LIC slip. Problem is that I am living here in PUNE, policy is taken in my home town banda, UP, so I cant go every time to that branch.

I want your help now what to do? can I get the mail ID of higher authorities of LIC at north zone?
