Surrender policy

I satrudhan kumar s/o sitaram sah c/o vill-kapraul road, sitamarhi, po and via Dis -sitamarhi. I make a policy throu L.I.C in 2004.With Qtly payment of Rs 1246, and I give 6 Qt regularly. After that i not able to pay. So i go to the company and request him to give me surrender value of my amount. But Company denie. So, sir please help me .policy no-534694618.
