a policy of dr annmary kuncheria which was pledged to lic hfl cochin amounting to Rs. 1.64 lakhs got matured on 29.03 2010. Since it was assigned to lichfl, it should have been credited to our outstanding amount on 29.03. 2010. Unfortunately due to the negligence of the staff, it was credited to our outstanding amount only on 23. 06 .2010., thereby creating a loss of interest for about 87 days. [from 29.03.2010 to23.06.2010] ...So i rquest your good office to take up the matter with LIC hfl and deduct the interest overcharged on Rs 1.64 lakhs, for 87 days.with thanks.
