Policy not received after paying proposal amount

This is a complaint to Sangareddy LIC branch which has not issued till today 25/08 my policy after taking our proposal amount. The proposal deposit was paid on 12/03 through Lic Agent P Satyanarayana ("so called" ) member of the distinguished club for agents - Code no 1185-64L. The LIC agent is not picking up his mobile 9553717213 when we try to follow up regarding the policy issue status nor has he come back to us as to what happened to the proposal B.O.C number 15199 .

I am frustrated and angry to have taken up policy from LIC. Have I been cheated by LIC? Now how do I get our policy issued? Will the B.O.C number help at all in tracking this proposal?
