People apply for home loan for want of money for construction. The final check release to be done in the completion of roof. Now the LICHF what is doing, it keeps the final check for years until the customer exhaust paying interest for years. It did not release the final check and consumer not able to complete the construction and he has to expect for the loan money for years. Here the purpose of the consumer is not satisfies and he has to pay interest for years. No body either the government, nor the company paying loan.

Here the loan paying company not believing the customer, customer has to believe for years that the company will pay the final check.By that time the customer paid the interest more than the final check value. Why this happen? The financial institution believes only until he lays roof and after that let him suffer collecting huge interest amount. Is it not a joke?

The home loan final payment must be made once 6 months completion after the sanction. It is the matter of the small home builders. Not know about the big builders? small home builders must be protected from sufferings.

why not release final check of final sanction even after 6 months?
