It did not release the final check and consumer not able to complete the construction and he has to expect for the loan money for years. Here the purpose of the consumer is not satisfies and he has to pay interest for years. No body either the government, nor the company paying loan.

The home loan final payment must be made once 6 months completion after the sanction. It is the matter of the small home builders. Not know about the big builders? small home builders must be protected from sufferings.
