LIC Housing Finance Limited
No LOAN statements for past 1 year and no response to complaints

Hello,

This is w.r.t. my home loan with LIC Housing Finance Ltd. (no. 960104104). In spite of repeated requests, complaints to highest level and some successful conversations (which went through as somebody picked up the phone and promised me to do something), I have not received neither my Loan statement and neither getting my income tax certificate for past 1 year now. I have not clue as to how the interests are being charged and how the calculations are working. I get misleading and different numbers of balance loan everytime I am able to talk to somebody (whenever i have managed to talk - 1 out of 10 attempts say).

I have tried to register complaint in their internet site which goes to some undeliverable email address. I have complained at highest level in their corporate but either nobody picks up the phone or nobody responds to the emails. I donot get through the phone and everytime the phone is picked, when they come to know I already have an existing loan and not a new customer, I am put on hold and then somebody just disconnects the phone.

I am not sure what to do. I donot understand how these people can get so unprofessional just after the loan is taken and you are in their net.
