LIC Housing Finance Ltd - Rate of Interest changes

Hi,

I have availed a housing loan from LIC Housing Finance Ltd, Hyd. My Loan was sanctioned on 17th June.

I had choosen LIC housing Fin. for loan after reviwing the rate of interests that was offered @8.5% (floating rate with 1yr of fixed rate) during the period, That scheme was later extended to till Sep.

However, After the loan got sanctioned, I have been charged with an interest rate of 10%(floating) for all my loan instalments (upto till date). This change of interest rate (without proper notificatoin) is creating problems to my financial plans.

Requesting you to please update me with proper details/changes to the interest rate policy before & after sanctioning of my loan account (with the reasons for changing my interest rate).

That would help me to understand & plan better for my current/future financials.
