NON RECEIPT OF MONEY BACK

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a Policy (Salary Savings), having Policy No.492806922 dtd.28.07.2003. As per the Policy I am supposed to get my Money Back after 5 years i.e. due on 27.07.2008. But till date I have not received any amount from your Corporation. The matter was discussed with the respective agent on several time but the agent did not help me out and giving me fase information regarding my Money Back. Since the matter is already lapsed for more than two years and hence I need your kind intervention in this regard. The said policy address as mentioned has changed now (no documents received in previous address) and therefore any documents if send from your end may please be sent in my new address as mentioned below.

In view of this I request your goodself to send my due amount with interest in my new address.
