My Policy no.110251112 has matured on 27th May. Before maturity all the documents desired by Patiala offic, submitted well in advance. But they sai original policy is missing so they asked me to submit affidavit which was also submitted three months back. Premium was being deducted from my salary every month so there is no confusion but so far nothing has been done.
