LIC INSURANCE POLICY
CHEQUE NOT HONOURED

I feel utmost shock to know that a cheque issued by LIC could not be honored due to insufficient funds.

I had presented the cheque in my bank on 22nd Oct.

Details for the cheque are below.

CHEQUE NUMBER 846300

DRAWEE BANK CORPORATION BANK - PREET VIHAR NEW DELHI - 110034

CHEQUE AMOUNT Rs 1, 61, 300=00

CHEQUE DATE 28.08.2010

CHEQUE RETURNED BACK DATE 26.10.2010

If LIC of India dosen't have funds why do they issue cheques?

Kindly let me know what should i do with this cheque.
