Want to surrender the policy

Dear Sir,

I want to surrender my policy "LIC Jeevan Anand" Policy No. 284584343. It was an yearly policy in which first payment i made cash and then 2 payments through internet banking transfer. I have missed the receipt of Internet banking transfer. Now when i visit the branch each and every time they say Please come with receipt or any proof of payment. When i told please check your documents. They told me its your responsibility not hours come any other day.

Please let me know what i do?
