LIC - Maturity amount not recieved since 2004

This is Pitambar Mohanty, having a LIC Policy - G 107 43 797 go maturity in 2004.

Since 2004 I am moving from Cuttack - Sambalpur - Bhawanipatna.

Cuttack Branch said go to Sambalpur.

Sambalpur sent me to Bhawanipatna, Kalahandi.

BhawaniPatna said they do not have any information on this policy, they can not do anything.

Now what i will do in a age of 65.

Please help.
