Not Receipt of Surrender value & New Policy

Dear sir/Madam

My name is Amit Choudhary & my Policy No. is 343257037 & My Agent Code is 00580247.

I hvae Surrender my above policy which was givan by above agent code holder & on 06-09. I have Surrender my these policy & take a new policy from this agent but till now i have not received balance amount on my address.

on LIC office of Khargone there was no responsible person to received phone because i have called there many time as number given in LIC site.

Now i am confused that what is going on my policy is surrender but new policy & balance payment is pending till now.

It is a very slow services & no body is responsible.
