Non refund of Excess premium paid for policy no 832417842

Dear Sir,

I wish to inform that I had registered for LIC Premium payment for my LIC policy no- 832417842 with HSBC VISA Bill pay facility. It is again to inform that I have made On-Line payment of Rs.7878/- from SBI NetBanking on 24-04 and at the same time HSBC VISA Bill payment was also processed. As a result, I had made double payment of Rs.7878/- aggregating to Rs.15756/- for my policy no-832417842 for the premium of period 2011.

I had followed up LIC on e-mail address 'customerzone_ahmedabad@licindia.com'; 'bo_873@licindia.com' and also on their help line no-079 – 2551 1419 but they have not taken any steps to refund back my premium.

I seek you intervention on this issue.
