Not receiving the Pass Book

Sir,

I am worked in a Aided Educational Instituiton. I Think to Join the P.L.I scheme and i will contact Mr. Radha Krishnan Who was Agent in P.L.I section and his no. is 865. I will filled the form and submitted through the Agent and i will paid Rs.335/- first instalment on the date 18.03.2010 at Triplicane Branch. There is no response from the agent. Till now i will not receive the pass book. Kindly take necessary action and do the needful.
