My LIC Policy no is 331407264 branch 11Y NAJAFGARH NEW DELHI-43 My survival benifit cheque of Rs 15000 given by LIC BR 11Y. But LIC MASH DEPARTMENT DO 3 stop payment of this said cheque. I meet head of the department in branch 11Y .He told me that we have given an another cheque in your favour which have been incash by any third party or by you. I show him my bank pass book but there is not such entry related the cheque. I have visited thrice lic branch 11Y but not satisfied answer related the cheque. At last in lic branch 11Y head of the department said that we have sent your documents at MASH department for further activity. 60 days passed but no answer/ letter/ mobile from 11Y or MASH department delhi DO3 Janakpuri. I have not received any payment / cheque form lic till today.

So I request you to take action against related department and make enquiry who have incash my S/B cheque and give punishment & penalty to related person. you are requisted to send my cheque by LIC with CDA CHARGES & WITH INTEREST because cheque payment is late by 61 days.
