Surrender value of bima plus-balanced fund

I applied for surrender value in respect of our BIMA PLUS BALANCE FUND, against policy NO.543443261 & 543443262 on 13/03.Money was sent to respective bank directly. No redemption details was given to us. Money which we receive are much less than NAV value on that date. Also I was told by the concerned LIC branch -1 of BOKARO STEEL CITY that no redemption details are available. Pl.help.
