Non-Payment of matured policy amount

My 2 lic policies No. 22441171 and 22664671 in the name of Rajinder kaul have matured and I have taken a small loan against the same as evident from the records of LIC. Since the policies have matured, I have submitted the necessary forms for getting the payment due to me, after adjusting the loan amount, if any outstanding.

The master records of the policies are availible at LIC office branch 168 (Chandigarh). Since the policies were under salary saving scheme, the lic has acknowledged the reciept of the premium from time to time to my employer i.e. central bank of india.

Now strangly, I am being told that the original policy bond or the loan records are not treacable with lic, hence my payment cannot be made. I have paid the premiums for 35 years for one policy and 30 years for the other payment.

I would request the concerned management of lic to look into this matter and settle my complaint.
