TRANSFER OF POLICY

Last year i had given application letter to LIC OF INDIA, SAHARSA branch for transfer of my policy no.522872714 to DARBHANGA 53 D branch. on 17th feb once again i had given a request letter to SAHARSA branch, but branch manager of SAHARSA told me that he had sent document through online, though branch manager of DARBHANGA 53 D branch is not responding & simply saying i have not received any thing regarding this. He is not even checking this & harassing me.
